The only thing I can think of is if you go into settings, (I’m doing this without a tv in front of me so I’m only giving general directions) and go to menu>settings then find the screen burn in prevention. In this menu there should be an option such as scrolling prevention or something along those lines. When you do this it should turn straight black with a scrolling white bar or a gradation of black to gray to white scrolling across the screen. Let that run for a couple hours. If that doesn’t work then it sounds like one of the led strips is out or there might be a problem with the lcd covering the leds in the back. At that point if it doesn’t help it’s time to look at the warranty and hope that it’s still covered.

Your problem is caused by dry joints in the soldering at the edge of the panel, you need an engineer.
Any line out on a plasma or LCD/LED one pixel width horizontal or vertical is usually a bad panel.
